In-Store Pickup
Orders placed online can be picked up at our store at 765 McCartney Road, Youngstown, OH 44505 during regular business hours. We'll notify you when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation and a photo ID.
Shipping
We ship many items directly to your door. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Oversized, hazardous, or special-order items may have shipping restrictions — contact us if you have questions about a specific product.
Returns & Exchanges
Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt for a refund or exchange. Certain items — including special orders, cut goods (such as chain, rope, glass, and pipe), electrical components, paint, and clearance items — may be non-returnable. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment options shown at checkout. In-store, we accept cash, cards, and approved account payments.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. While we work hard to keep our catalog accurate, occasional errors in pricing or stock may occur. If an item is mispriced or out of stock, we'll contact you before processing your order.
